La Risorsa, inserita all’interno della Funzione Internal Audit del Gruppo, sarà coinvolta nelle attività di assurance e consulenza nell’ambito dei progetti di Audit finalizzati alla verifica dell’adeguatezza del Sistema di Controllo Interno e di Gestione dei Rischi di Gruppo.

In particolare la risorsa, lavorando a stretto contatto con le varie funzioni aziendali e in affiancamento agli altri componenti del Team di Audit, avrà l’opportunità di partecipare alle seguenti principali attività: 

supporto al team nell’esecuzione dei progetti di Audit inclusi nel piano annuale e dei progetti richiesti ad hoc da svolgere presso le Direzioni di Sede, le Commesse e le Società del Gruppo; formalizzazione delle analisi svolte durante gli audit, predisponendo la relativa reportistica per dare evidenza dei rilievi e delle relative raccomandazioni; verifica, in fase di follow-up, dell’implementazione delle azioni correttive definite all’interno dell’Audit Report e concordate con gli owner dei processi oggetto di audit; supporto e assistenza alle direzioni aziendali e al Top Management per progetti specifici per il miglioramento dei processi di Corporate Governance e del Sistema di Controllo Interno e Gestione dei Rischi.

Requisiti  

laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale; 6 mesi / 1 anno di esperienza in posizione analoga in società di consulenza e/ o strutturata/realtà industriale multinazionale; Interesse per la Professione di Internal Auditor e dei principi di Sistema di Controllo Interno e di Gestione dei Rischi; conoscenza di SAP e dei principali pacchetti informatici; ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese; la conoscenza di una ulteriore lingua straniera, sarà considerato un requisito preferenziale;
