Program Manager - Settore Educativo


La risorsa selezionata, lavorando a stretto contatto con il Direttore Generale e il CFO dell'azienda, si occuperà delle seguenti mansioni:

  • Pianificare e garantire una corretta gestione dei progetti dei Programmi Nazionali e Internazionali;
  • Curare la rendicontazione economico-finanziaria, con responsabilità dei budget dei progetti;
  • Supportare la direzione garantendone l'organizzazione delle risorse umane e la loro corretta allocazione, l'acquisizione di beni e servizi e definire le coperture dei fondi raccolti su progetto;
  • Partecipare alle riunioni periodiche del management team, al fine di assicurare il corretto flusso di informazioni, l'allineamento metodologico e il coordinamento intra-struttura.

I requisiti richiesti sono:

  • Laurea in discipline umanistiche (preferibilmente in Scienze dell'Educazione o Economiche, Giuridiche indirizzate all'ambito socioeducativo);
  • Esperienza pregressa nella gestione di programmi e progetti complessi in Italia o all'Estero;
  • Esperienza nella gestione di partenariati complessi e sulle tematiche relative al mondo scuola;
  • Buona conoscenza dell'inglese, sia parlato che scritto;
  • Ottime capacità di relazione con interlocutori differenti e di lavoro in team;
  • Disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte sul territorio nazionale e internazionale.

Si offre una RAL di 50.000 euro, Welfare aziendale e inserimento diretto in azienda.
