JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The aim of this position is to support the admin team for all the activities linked to the new employees joining the company.

 

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

  • Documents/contracts: preparing and archiving documents for new employees/interns

  • Meal vouchers: manage the process to order and deliver cards/meal vouchers for new employees/interns

  • Discounts: manage the process of discounts for new employees/interns

  • Badge: prepare company badge for new employees/interns

  • Attendance management: support employees for the attendance management tool

  • Other activities: trial periods of new employees / nursery company contribution

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

  • Educational Background in HR

  • problem solving skills

  • MS Office package (Excel in particular)

 

LANGUAGES:

  • Italian

  • English
