JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
The aim of this position is to support the admin team for all the activities linked to the new employees joining the company.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
Documents/contracts: preparing and archiving documents for new employees/interns
Meal vouchers: manage the process to order and deliver cards/meal vouchers for new employees/interns
Discounts: manage the process of discounts for new employees/interns
Badge: prepare company badge for new employees/interns
Attendance management: support employees for the attendance management tool
Other activities: trial periods of new employees / nursery company contribution
