Responsibilities

As part of the staffing increase of Smart Engineering team, NTT DATA is looking for a Model Based Design Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in Automotive field.

The resource will deal with the development of control algorithms and Model-based SW. He/She will follow the MBD model, from requirements analysis to the development of controls and automatic code generation in C.

The ideal candidate has a degree and has gained minimal experience in model-based software development.

Mandatory Skills:

BSc/MSc Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent.At least 2 years of experience in Modeb Based Design development using Matlab, Simulink, Stateflow programming language.Experience developing code in C (Targetlink or Embedded Coder)Excellent knowledge of code versioning systems (e.g. Git, GitHub, GitLab, etc.)Knowledge of real-time systems. o Knowledge of MISRA C rules and guidelinesKnowledge of the main debugging techniques and algorithm optimization techniquesKnowledge of Jira and Confluence tools

Nice To Have Skills: 

Knowledge of the CAN communication protocol and the tools normally used for debugging the control unitsStrong aptitude for team workTroubleshooting
