Position

FinecoBank è impegnata a creare valore a lungo termine definendo una strategia di crescita sostenibile ispirata alle linee guida e raccomandazioni indicate a livello internazionale.

All’interno di questo framework la risorsa – assunta con contratto a tempo determinato di 12 mesi - sarà parte del Team Sostenibilità, all’interno della Direzione CFO, e si occuperà delle attività volte al perseguimento della strategia in materia di sostenibilità della Banca.

In particolare, dovrà:

· partecipare ai processi di redazione inerenti la Rendicontazione societaria di Sostenibilità e le relative attività di comunicazione;

· compilare i questionari delle principali agenzie di rating ESG (es., S&P Global ESG Score, MSCI, CDP, Moody’s Analytics, Sustainalytics) e analizzare i risultati ottenuti identificando le aree di miglioramento;

· monitorare lo stato di avanzamento degli obiettivi di sostenibilità;

· collaborare al mantenimento del sistema di gestione ambientale aziendale certificato EMAS;

· contribuire all’esecuzione degli adempimenti legati agli impegni internazionali sottoscritti in ambito ESG (es., UN Global Compact, UN Principles for Responsible Banking);

· contribuire all’aggiornamento agli organi di governance dedicati alla sostenibilità in merito ai progressi relativi alla strategia di sostenibilità.


Requirements

• Laurea preferibilmente in materie economiche o gestionali

· Esperienza lavorativa di almeno 2 anni nell’ambito della sostenibilità. Costituirà titolo preferenziale la pregressa esperienza maturata in consulenza e/o settore bancario

· Buona conoscenza delle tematiche di sostenibilità, della normativa di sostenibilità, degli standard di rendicontazione (es., CSRD, TCFD, Tassonomia, GRI) e degli standard internazionali relativi ai Sistemi di Gestione Ambientale (es., ISO 14001, EMAS)

• Ottime capacità analitiche, precisione ed autonomia organizzativa

• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata

• Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel, Word e PowerPoint

• Ottime capacità relazionali e capacità di lavorare in team

• Forte motivazione, creatività ed intraprendenza
