Your Role

Capgemini Engineering sta lanciando la Product & System Academy che ha l’obiettivo di far crescere giovani talenti nel ruolo del System e Test Engineer oggi chiave in tutti i settori dell’Industria, Automotive, Aerospazio e Difesa, Navale e Ferroviario.
L'Academy è un percorso formativo che prevede una fase di formazione iniziale in aula con corsi dedicati ed una successiva specializzazione in training on the job. La durata iniziale dello stage è di 4 mesi. Tuttavia, nella maggior parte dei casi (+90% dei partecipanti delle ultime academy), viene fatta una proposta di conversione di contratto a Tempo Indeterminato anche prima del termine dello stage. 

Le sedi coinvolte saranno Bologna, Modena, Napoli, Torino, Milano, Roma, La Spezia e Firenze.

In aula il percorso è suddiviso in pilastri formativi:
•    Introduzione al contesto dell’Automotive, Aereospazio, Difesa e Rail;
•    System Engineering- Metodi e tool della disciplina;
•    System Engineering- Protocolli, Documenti e Organizzazione di Progetto;
•    Safety e Cybersecurity per Automotive, processi e normative in ambito militare e avionico.
•    Protocolli di comunicazione, diagnosi, gestione requisiti, sistemi, tecniche e tool di test, validazione a banco e su veicolo.

Tutor dedicati saranno disponibili per tutta la durata del corso per incontri programmati o approfondimenti quotidiani

Your Profile

I candidati ideali sono laureandi o neolaureati in ingegneria elettronica, elettrica, meccatronica, automazione, aeronautica, aereospaziale, biomedica, con una forte motivazione ad avviare il proprio percorso professionale nei seguenti settori: Automotive, Aerospazio, Difesa e Ferroviario.
Requisiti fondamentali: passione ed interesse per i mercati sopra citati, ottima conoscenza dell’italiano, buona conoscenza dell’inglese, propensione alla mobilità e al dinamismo.
