We have an exciting opportunity for you within our Engineering & Innovation team in our Technology Innovation direction. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated person like you to join us on this R&D adventure.



As Technical Coordinator, you will be the creative mind behind the planning and execution of a range of challenging technical activities. You will be at the heart of the action, working in the lab, on pilot lines, on production lines and also with our valued consumers. You will have the opportunity to test your ideas and theories directly in the field.



Your main responsibilities will include:



  • Developing complex test plans, identifying test conditions and generating accurate and reproducible data.
  • Performing laboratory procedures for the characterisation of formulas, materials, packaging or finished products.
  • Use your technical expertise to solve problems efficiently.
  • Independently analyse results and provide recommendations based on detailed observations.



You will also be responsible for documenting and summarising experimental data in high-quality technical reports. You will share valuable information through our dedicated tools and contribute to our organisational projects in line with our high safety and quality standards.
