Customer Care Agent
La figura, inserita all'interno di un Team strutturato e riportando al Responsabile di funzione, si occuperà di:
- attività di back e front office per il supporto clienti;
- gestione delle richieste di rimborso medico secondo l'SLA (accordo sul livello di servizio) aziendale;
- garantire una valutazione accurata ed efficiente di ciascuna richiesta, con un rapido follow-up per offrire una Client Experience superiore e una reportistica precisa;
- contribuire al successo del reparto, raggiungendo obiettivi personali e di team in termini di produttività e qualità;
- favorire relazioni interdipartimentali, rispondendo alle richieste interne in modo professionale e orientato alla soluzione.
- formazione in ambito economico - giuridico;
- esperienza di almeno un 1 anno in ruoli simili;
- ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (liv min B2);
- ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office;
- capacità di gestione di volumi di lavoro elevati.
