JOB PURPOSE
The IT CRM Webapps Lead is a technical role responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of the solutions we develop for our clients. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with external agencies and our client stakeholders to comprehend, formulate, and implement the appropriate decisions across all aspects of a solution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze and comprehend business requirements thoroughly Collaborate with our clients to define solutions for their requirements Engage with the team to understand and facilitate the resolution of CRM-related issues Assist the developer team in implementing minor features Provide regular updates to the IT Manager for internal project monitoring Support external agencies on technical aspects related to the CRMKNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Proficient in programming with C# .NET, React, and SQL
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Skilled in developing plugins and custom APIs
Capable of developing console applications and REST/SOAP web services
Proficient in developing SSIS packages (dtsx)
Experienced in creating Azure Data Factory pipelines
Familiar with Azure components such as Service Bus, Azure Functions, App Registration, and App Service
Knowledgeable in Azure DevOps, Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Jira, and Bicep
Familiarity with Azure Synapse Link
Experienced in using Power BI and Qlik Sense
