Designers, human factors experts, and engineers work side by side to create optimal interactions with technological solutions—whether visual, physical, vocal, or gestural.

In doing so, we leverage our solid expertise in interaction and visual design, ergonomics, and human factors, as well as in software, firmware, and hardware development for HMI.


We are looking for a talented and energetic Junior Developer ready to join our team specializing in human-machine interaction. If you're passionate about graphical interfaces and want to work on devices that define the future of the automotive industry, this is the opportunity for you. In this role, you will develop intuitive and cutting-edge interfaces using programming languages like C++ and advanced technologies. Who we are looking for:

You are a recent graduate in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with a natural passion for software and a strong desire to dive into the world of automotive interfaces. What you will do:

  • Programming and development: You will be responsible for writing code to create interactive and innovative graphical interfaces used in our automotive devices.
  • Dynamic collaboration: You will work closely with engineers and designers, turning ideas into technical solutions that enhance the user experience.
  • Continuous growth and learning: This role offers the opportunity to acquire skills in cutting-edge automotive and interface technologies, allowing you to grow professionally and become an expert in software development.

Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

Experience: Some hands-on programming experience, ideally gained through academic or personal projects, with a focus on C++ development.

Technical Skills:

  • Foundational knowledge of C++ and its use in developing graphical interfaces.
  • Understanding of user interface design concepts and adherence to best practices in software development.
  • Experience with integrated development environments (IDEs) such as Qt Creator.

Soft Skills:

  • Fast Learner: Enthusiasm for acquiring new technical knowledge and quickly adapting to new challenges.
  • Team Player: Strong ability to collaborate effectively, maintaining clear communication with both peers and supervisors.
  • Problem-Solver: Skilled at tackling technical issues and coming up with creative, efficient solutions.
  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in writing clean code and ensuring high standards in quality assurance.
