In Job S.p.A. – Milan's Career Center is hiring a


 

Medical Information Jr. Specialist


 

for a lead company in the pharmaceutical industry.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparation and update of Global Standard Responses (GSRs) and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for products;

  • Literature searches, information analysis, summaries and newsletters preparation;

  • Periodic tracking, quality control and metrics of the medical information requests received;

  • Management and entry of enquiry data into Medical Information System;

  • Coordination of all Medical Information activities of Affiliates;

  • Management of digital library platform;

  • Periodic bibliographic searches with Embase and scientific article retrieval for Pharmacovigilance Department

 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in scientific disciplines (preferably Pharmacy, Chemical and Pharmaceutical Technology, Biological Sciences, Biotechnology)

  • Previous experience in Medical Information or Medical Affairs (1 or 2 years)

  • C1-C2 level in English required;

  • Demonstrated awareness in drug information, communication, regulatory and compliance guidelines.

  • Excellent ability in searching medical literature, interpret and present scientific/clinical trial data, and understand statistical analyses.

  • Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint,

  • Expertise in Medical Information systems and biomedical bibliographic databases

 

 

OFFERED FEATURES

  • Temporary contract until the end of April 2025;

  • Location: Bresso (MI);

  • Work Schedule: from Monday to Friday.
