✍️ Cosa Richiediamo?

• Laurea Magistrale ingegneria informatica
• Il candidato dovrà avere esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni in posizioni simili e d eve avere una solida conoscenza sia dell'hardware che del software. Questo include la comprensione del funzionamento dei server, dei dispositivi di rete, dei sistemi di storage, nonché dei sistemi operativi e delle applicazioni che girano su queste infrastrutture.
• Conoscenza di Azure, Kubernetes, Docker è obbligatoria
• Sarà considerato un plus la certificazione microsoft 204 e la conoscenza di Linux
• Parli fluentemente italiano ed inglese
• Eccellentiabilità comunicative e capacità di lavorare efficacemente all'interno del team.

Cosa farai?

• Gestione e Monitoraggio dell'Infrastruttura : Assicurarsi che tutte le componenti dell'infrastruttura IT (sia on-premise che nel cloud) funzionino in modo ottimale, monitorando le prestazioni e intervenendo in caso di problemi.
• Implementazione e Manutenzione : Implementare nuove soluzioni hardware e software, aggiornare e mantenere quelle esistenti, garantendo che siano sempre aggiornate e sicure.
• Supporto e Risoluzione Problemi : Fornire supporto tecnico di secondo livello, risolvendo problemi complessi che non possono essere gestiti dal supporto di primo livello.
• Ottimizzazione delle Risorse Cloud : Ottimizzare l'uso delle risorse cloud per garantire un equilibrio tra prestazioni e costi, implementando best practices di sicurezza e compliance.
• Gestione Incident e Ticketing : gestire incidenti IT, che possono variare da problemi hardware a malfunzionamenti software, è fondamentale. Questo include la registrazione, la classificazione, la priorizzazione, l'indagine e la risoluzione dei ticket di supporto. Richiede buone capacità analitiche e di problem solving.
• HYBRID MODEL : la presenza in ufficio della risorsa sarà richiesta obbligatoriamente per almeno 1 giorno a settimana
