MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Rental Advisor to join our team in Rome.
The Role
As an Automotive Rental Advisor, you will be involved in a B2B activity where, in accordance with the customer’s directives and tools, you will arrange replacement vehicle services for short-term purposes. You will ensure a high level of service to the drivers who have signed a rental agreement with our Customer by identify the feasibility of providing replacements for each request and prioritize customer’s satisfaction.
Manage client requests for replacement and pre-assigned vehicles; Process and resolute cases reported by other departments on specific needs and disservices; Ensure the correct execution for provision of replacement vehicles through given directives; Communicate directly with the project coordinator on the ongoing activities. Relate with strategic partners such as rent a car supplier and our customer networkAbout you

Bachelor's degree in economics or similar; 1 year of experience in the Automotive sector in other roles is a nice to have High level of computer literacy; Adaptability and Flexibility; Good planning and organizing skills; Ability to work in team; Problem solving skills; Ability to take initiative; Languages: ItalianIf you can demonstrate that you are customer focused and can communicate effectively, we would like to hear from you
