CMF Designer

Your Responsibilities

Support the development of the CMF strategy and relative materials, including technical documentation  Prepare internal presentations to management and/or peers Engage with the wider team and/or suppliers to support the development phase, with technical documentation and illustrations Support the coordination and mentoring of the junior members of the team.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent education Several years of proven work experience in the Design industry, automotive industry preferred Good understanding of the latest trends and a strong understanding of the market Technical knowledge of materials, industrial processes and technologies Ability to apply your CMF expertise as well as strategic and creative thinking A proactive approach to problem-solving and a hands-on attitude An open-minded team player, comfortable working in a diverse team Proficient use of Vred, Photoshop, Illustrator; Blender and Substance are a plus High ability to communicate verbally and visually (through presentations, sketches, mood boards, renders and designs) Willingness to work in an environment that requires flexibility and change  Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
