Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Technical Support Manager, the resource will be in charge of all documentation relating to technician trips, coordination of these trips including safety documentation, drafting of offers and quotations for technical interventions and instrument repairs, customer relations for service support issues.

Profile

  • High school degree
  • Experience in managing a team of technicians
  • Proven familiarity with documentation matters
  • Familiarity with main applications in Windows environment
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Ability to problem-solve and organise work even under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in a team

This position is open to candidates of any gender (Italian Law 903/77).
