ING Bank sta ricercando un/una Stageur che si unirà al team dei Control Heroes, all’interno del Center of Expertise di Strategy & Business Effectiveness
Il/la candidato/a con il supporto del team parteciperà nella gestione delle attività di team e organizzerà in modo autonomo il proprio tempo per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi stabiliti.
Obiettivi di stage:
Supporto nel processo di Risk Mitigation e Issue tracking (identificazione, apertura, gestione, risoluzione e accettazione Issues / Events) Supporto nell’ esecuzione di attività di controllo e monitoraggio sui canali di distribuzione, con particolare riferimento all’attività della Rete di Vendita Esecuzione Key Control Testing In aggiunta agli obiettivi specifici il/la candidato/a avrà la possibilità di contribuire all’ottimizzazione dei processi e delle reportistiche del team per migliorarne l’efficacia e agevolarne l’aggiornamentoRequisiti richiesti e soft skills :
Laurea in economia, statistica o similari Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare si richiede un livello avanzato per Excel e Power Point) Ottime capacità organizzative, analitiche, comunicative e interpersonali Proattività e orientamento al risultato Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlataTipologia contratto: stage 6 mesi
