IFAD is looking for a strategic leader to join as member of the Executive Management Team and lead the establishment of the new Office of Development Effectiveness. We are looking for candidates to oversee the design of operational policies and procedures, assessing the quality of design and the impact of IFAD’s operations, monitoring and reporting on the performance of IFAD’s portfolio, including mainstreaming issues.
