Job Description

Il/La candidato/a sarà inserito/a nell’ufficio Partnership e Progetti Speciali all’interno della Direzione Innovazione. La Direzione ha il compito di definire il piano Ricerca e Innovazione di prodotto e di processo per Fincantieri e le Società Controllate e di verificarne la realizzazione. La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno del Program Management IPCEI Hy2Tech alle dipendenze del LPE di programma e seguirà un importante progetto di sviluppo relativo all’Ecosistema Europeo dell’idrogeno, caratterizzato da tecnologie all’avanguardia, complessità di relazioni e partnership nell’ambito europeo, che garantisce i contatti con le società leader del settore. Il progetto IPCEI Hy2Tech di Fincantieri è stato autorizzato dalla Commissione Europea per l’assegnazione di finanziamenti da parte dello Stato Membro e il decreto di concessione emesso dal Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy definisce gli obiettivi che il progetto deve raggiungere. Tale decreto di concessione rappresenta il documento impegnativo a cui il Program Management IPCEI Hy2Tech dovrà attenersi.

Il Progetto prevede la realizzazione di 3 Work Packages, ad ognuno dei quali sarà assegnata una figura di Referente del Work Package. La figura ricercata verrà inserita a Bari presso la sede di Isotta Fraschini, azienda del Gruppo Fincantieri specializzata nello sviluppo di motori, power pack e gruppi elettrogeni per uso Industriale, Civile e Militare.

Attività

La figura monitorerà lo stato di avanzamento delle attività tecniche necessarie, identificherà possibili problematiche e proporrà misure correttive per gestire correttamente il progetto. La figura nel ruolo di Referente del Work Package avrà la responsabilità di:

Aggiornare il piano di progetto e eseguirne il monitoraggio, al fine di garantire il rispetto delle tempistiche stabilite nel decreto di concessione; Gestire i flussi comunicativi interni con gli enti coinvolti nel progetto ed essere adeguatamente informato di tutti gli aspetti tecnici relativi al WP di riferimento; Supervisionare il rispetto degli standard di Project Management e della documentazione necessaria; Predisporre la reportistica tecnica specifica per la preparazione dei report IPCEI e per la reportistica di avanzamento a livello direzionale; Co-Autorship di articoli tecnici; Mantenere i rapporti con il network degli esperti tecnici delle aziende partner del progetto IPCEI Hy2Tech e definire i contenuti tecnici delle partnership; Definire i contenuti tecnici per la divulgazione interna ed esterna dei risultati e per le attività di sviluppo dell’ecosistema; Assicurare il rispetto della strategia di protezione della Proprietà intellettuale, in cooperazione con la struttura preposta in ambito Innovazione.

Requisiti

Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria con votazione non inferiore a 105/110; Esperienza pregressa nel Project Management; Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese; Aver conseguito una certificazione PMI sarà considerato un plus; Completano il profilo una forte attenzione al dettaglio, approccio strutturato, attitudine al problem solving, orientamento al risultato, una spiccata attitudine relazionale, propensione al team working e un’eccellente capacità di sintesi.
