Siamo alla ricerca di un senior FP&A che abbia le capacità nel breve di ambire alla posizione di Head of Finance per i nostri uffici di Milano (Zona Centrale-Repubblica)

Le tue Mansioni:

Sviluppo strategico: Collaborerai con l’Amministratore Delegato e altri membri del management per sviluppare un piano finanziario completo, allineato agli obiettivi e alle finalità dell’azienda.

Budget, gestione del flusso di cassa e forecasting finanziario: Gestirai efficacemente il flusso di cassa per garantire che l’azienda disponga dei fondi necessari per le operazioni quotidiane, oltre a prevedere entrate e spese future per decisioni informate sulla sostenibilità finanziaria.

Procedure e processi finanziari: Creerai procedure e processi che consentano una segnalazione tempestiva e accurata dei dati finanziari, inclusa la preparazione di dichiarazioni e rapporti finanziari dettagliati.

Analisi finanziaria e gestione del rischio: Analizzerai i dati finanziari e identificare tendenze e aree di miglioramento. Mitigherai i rischi attraverso valutazioni e strategie di gestione del rischio.

Qualifiche


Formazione: Laurea in Finanza, Economia, Contabilità. Una laurea magistrale o un MBA in Finanza è considerato un plus.

Esperienza: Hai almeno 3 anni in una startup B2C o scale-up con ruolo rilevante per la posizione. Hai gestito con successo le operazioni finanziarie, il flusso di cassa e le strategie di rischio.

Adattabilità: Ti piace lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e in continua evoluzione. Sei in grado di prendere decisioni rapide e di adattarti alle nuove sfide.

Abilità analitiche: Hai una forte capacità di analizzare dati finanziari, trarre conclusioni e prendere decisioni basate sui dati. Sei in grado di bilanciare gli obiettivi finanziari a breve e lungo termine.

Comunicazione efficace: Sei in grado di comunicare piani finanziari in modo chiaro a diverse audience.

Relazioni finanziarie: Hai costruito relazioni solide con banche, investitori e altre istituzioni finanziarie.
