Als (Microsoft) Power Platform Solution Architekt bist du Tech- und Development Lead für unsere Softwareprojekte, die MS Power Platform als technische Grundlage nutzen. Du entwirfst und leitest die Implementierung und Anpassung unserer speziellen Power Platform-Lösungen, die RWE Renewables bei der Entwicklung, dem Bau und dem Betrieb unserer Wind-Onshore-, Wind-Offshore-, Solar- und Batteriespeicheranlagen unterstützen.
Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten:
Du bist Tech Lead und entwirfst und implementierst Softwarelösungen zusammen mit den Projektteams, einschließlich Product Owner, Scrum Master, UX/UI Engineer und anderen SoftwareentwicklernSolution Engineering auf Basis von Microsoft Power Platform, zur Erstellung und Pflege von kundenspezifischen Softwarelösungen im Bereich der erneuerbaren EnergienÜberprüfung/technische Abnahme der ErgebnisseBereitstellung von (technischer) Unterstützung für andere Entwickler bei der Umsetzung von Speziallösungen und Anleitung/Steuerung der Entwickler in deinen Projekten (in der Regel zwischen zwei und sieben Entwickler pro Projekt)Point-of-Contact/Coach für (Power) User aus dem BusinessSicherstellung der Sicherheit, Skalierbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit der LösungVerfassen/Sicherstellen von technischen Dokumentationen Definition und Sichterstellung der Einhaltung von Standards/Richtlinien für die Nutzung der MS Power PlatformAnforderungen (erforderliche Qualifikationen / Erfahrungen / Fähigkeiten):Sehr gutes Verständnis von Low-Code- und No-Code-Konzepten und deren Umsetzung Umfassende Kenntnisse der Power-Platform-Architektur und ihrer FunktionalitätenFunktionales und technisches Fachwissen über Power Platform und Dynamics 365-Apps Project OperationsFundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung mit relevanten Technologien und Frameworks, insbesondere Power Apps, Power Automate & Power BI, ALM, Plug-ins,Dataverse sowie individuelle Konnektoren und APIsZertifizierungen im Bereich MS Power Platform, z.B. Microsoft PL-900, PL-100 und/oder oder idealerweise PL-600Frühere Erfahrungen mit agilen Methoden sowie mit kollaborativer Softwareentwicklung, z. B. Pair Programming, Pull Request-Reviews, Git-Flows, Azure und mehr.Allgemeines Verständnis der Praktiken, Konzepte und Architekturen der SoftwareentwicklungVorzugsweise ein abgeschlossenes Fachhochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit praktischer, einschlägiger ErfahrungDu sprichst fließend EnglischDeine Zukunftspläne:
