THE ROLE

The Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the development and overseeing the execution of the Social and Digital Content Media Strategy for Palm Angels.

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual with experience and passion for fashion luxury, digital and social media and a desire to stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices.

A passionate goal-oriented candidate with a sharp mindset to achieve the major objects: grow brand awareness, maintain strong social community engagement and support the business’ growth.

The ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience with a wide range of digital tactics from Social (emphasis on Instagram, YouTube and TikTok) to Search, Web Listening and Brand Monitoring with a strong interest in building a global experience and community working across markets, understanding the nuances of engaging audiences where the Brand has varying levels of strength.

This position is within the Marketing and Communications department and reports directly to the Head of Integrated Marketing & Omnichannel. This position works cross functionally with eCommerce, Merchandising, Retail and Wholesalers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO Develop Palm Angels Global Social Media and Digital Marketing Paid and Organic Content Strategy and Execution Manage all Social Media channels of the Brand and closely liaise with brand partners in establishing co-marketing campaigns and managing a tight marketing calendar Look after the execution of Content and Digital communications strategy across all touchpoints and platforms, including but not limited to Official Website, Marketplaces, Google Paid, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, LinkedIn, WeChat, Weibo, Red and Kakao. Look after the development of the Global Content Calendar across all digital platforms to support the marketing and brand communications Manage the flow of content and copies deliverables to ensure content is developed in a timely manner, proactively finding efficiencies to maximize content opportunities. Orchestrate A/B tests for creative marketing ideas on Official Website and Digital Paid Placements. Test and optimize landing pages and customer journeys. Oversee business growth through performance advertising (user acquisition, boosting basket size, etc) across multiple channels and provide suggestions for conversion improvement projects to maximize revenue and minimize costs supporting the Group’ Digital & eCommerce Teams. Partner closely with Merchandising, Retail, and Ecommerce teams to manage communication support for commercial objectives Manage Social, Web and Brand Listening/Monitoring reports; identifying issues, patterns and trends in consumer comments/inquiries and summarize key themes monthly or per campaign Analyze Organic and Paid social campaigns and translate qualitative data into recommendations and plans for suggesting reviews Manage relationships with external digital marketing agencies and platforms. Drive weekly, monthly, and seasonal analytics reporting process for digital media results and provide insights, recommendations, and track against KPIs WHO YOU ARE At least 3 years of experience in Digital and/or Social Media Marketing Degree in communication sciences, marketing, media or a similar field of studies Strong communication skills, knowledge of human nature and an actively thinking way of working Past fashion and/or luxury experience is preferred Passion for Consumer Marketing, with experience in turning data into actionable insights. Great interest in employer branding and passion for social media and community topics Use of MS Office, ideally knowledge of basic image editing software, especially Adobe Creative Cloud High affinity for new technologies and digital media Strong team player with high organization and planning skills Very good knowledge of spoken and written English REWARDS & BENEFITS Lunch tickets; Discounts on all NGG brands and partners including FARFETCH and Browns; Be part of a young, dynamic and creative company with over 40 different nationalities; Brand new headquarters located in the centre of Milan.
