Repsol Low Carbon Generation (Renewables), positioned as one of the four business pillars of the Repsol Group within the framework of the 2021-2025 Strategic Plan, whose objective is to decarbonize our product portfolio and strengthen the Company's position as a multi-energy supplier at a national and international level, requires a Senior Project Manager Construction for its work center located in Milan. The objective within the company will be to lead the
management of the construction of renewable generation plants (mainly wind farms and PV if necessary), from the signing of contracts to the transfer to O&M.


Responsibilities
● Ensure the construction of the project in cost and time in which it participates.
● Management of both the equipment supply contracts and the companies providing
execution services for the construction of the facilities.
● Lead during the construction phase, Contractor management, coordination between different departments, reporting to management, internal I&C organization chart as well as Property Engineering.
● Manage the start-ups and transfers of the projects to O&M in which he participates.
● Represent Repsol Renovables before public or private institutions.
● Lead the project from the signing of the contract.
● Provide support in the bidding phases, due diligence in new projects, improvement of internal procedures, contract management (execution and supply of equipment).


Experience
● Experience: 5 years performing these functions in the energy industry.
Technical knowledge and experience in managing photovoltaic parks is essential.
● Tools: Solid knowledge (CMMS), Windows and Linux/Unix environment, advanced user, Microsoft Office (Project, Access, and Excel) andPI OSIsoft
● Languages: English B2 (minimum level), Italian C2 / Native

Repsol Low Carbon Generation (Renewables), posizionata come uno dei quattro pilastri di business del Gruppo Repsol nell'ambito del Piano Strategico 2021-2025, il cui obiettivo è quello di decarbonizzare il nostro portafoglio prodotti e rafforzare la posizione della Società come fornitore multi-energia a livello nazionale e internazionale, richiede un Senior Project Manager Construction per il suo centro di lavoro situato a Milano. L'obiettivo all'interno dell'azienda
sarà quello di guidare la gestione della costruzione di impianti di generazione da fonti rinnovabili (principalmente eolici ed eventualmente fotovoltaici), dalla firma dei contratti fino al passaggio all'O&M.


Responsabilità
● Garantire la realizzazione del progetto nei costi e nei tempi previsti.
● Gestione dei contratti di fornitura delle attrezzature e delle società che forniscono servizi di esecuzione per la costruzione degli impianti.
● Condurre la fase di costruzione, la gestione dell'appaltatore, il coordinamento tra i diversi reparti, il reporting alla direzione, l'organigramma interno di I&C e il Property Engineering.
● Gestire l'avviamento e il trasferimento dei progetti all'O&M a cui partecipa.
● Rappresentare Repsol Renovables presso istituzioni pubbliche o private.
● Guidare il progetto dalla firma del contratto.
● Fornire supporto nelle fasi di gara, due diligence nei nuovi progetti, miglioramento delle procedure interne, gestione dei contratti (esecuzione e fornitura di attrezzature).


Esperienza
● Esperienza: 5 anni nello svolgimento di queste funzioni nel settore dell'energia.
● Sono indispensabili conoscenze tecniche ed esperienza nella gestione di parchi fotovoltaici.
● Strumenti: Solide conoscenze (CMMS), ambiente Windows e Linux/Unix, utente avanzato, Microsoft Office (Project, Access ed Excel) ePI OSIsoft.
● Lingue: Inglese B2 (livello minimo), Italiano C2 / Nativo
