Plant Operation Manager Estero

Plax Group, azienda leader nella produzione di componentistica plastica, è alla ricerca di un Plant Operation Manager per una delle sue sedi estere.
Rispondendo direttamente al Consiglio di Amministrazione, il Plant Operation Manager coordinerà le aree di Operations, Qualità e Attrezzeria, supervisionando circa cento risorse, tra impiegati e operai. Il suo obiettivo sarà elevare l'efficienza dei processi produttivi, ottimizzando tempi e costi. Avrà il compito di identificare e risolvere i colli di bottiglia, assicurando un'integrazione efficace tra le linee di produzione e le altre funzioni aziendali, come Programmazione e Logistica, anche in periodi di fluttuazione degli ordini. Sarà inoltre responsabile di guidare una trasformazione radicale dell'impianto, sia attraverso l'implementazione di metodi di lean production, sia potenziando il livello di motivazione e coinvolgimento di manager e lavoratori.
Principali attività:
· Gestire le operazioni quotidiane dello stabilimento garantendo l'efficienza e la qualità della produzione.
· Gestire la comunicazione e l'operatività tra le funzioni aziendali
· Promuovere la Lean Manufacturing
· Mantenere standard elevati di sicurezza, conformità normativa e performance ambientale.
· Gestire il budget dello stabilimento.
· Proporre piani di sviluppo per favorire il miglioramento continuo dell’azienda
Requisiti richiesti:
· Laurea in Ingegneria meccanica o gestionale;
· Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo;
· Conoscenza dei principi della Lean Manufacturing;
· Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
· Completano il profilo spiccate capacità manageriali, carisma, energia, ritmi di lavoro elevati, capacità di leggere e prevedere le situazioni.
