Job description

Stiamo cercando un Environmental Engineer con focus su attività finalizzate all’innovazione e gestione delle tematiche ambientali. Il professionista sarà coinvolto attivamente in comitati di categoria per identificare problemi emergenti, tendenze del settore e opportunità di innovazione. Il ruolo sarà quello di sviluppare politiche conformi alla Legge sulla Protezione Ambientale per il controllo e la gestione dell'inquinamento, nonché fornire la dovuta consulenza sia su aspetti ambientali (anche con le autorità governative), sia su quelli relativi a potenziali incidenti. La figura, oltre a garantire il rispetto delle normative ambientali, dovrà favorire la comunicazione con i principali stakeholders e la promozione di iniziative finalizzate al miglioramento continuo.

Responsabilità

- Effettuare le opportune valutazioni d'impatto ambientale, fornendo le raccomandazioni/soluzioni necessarie per il controllo dell'inquinamento in base ai rischi identificati. Verificare che le stesse vegano successivamente attuate.

- Proporre, sostenere e guidare nuove iniziative e programmi per migliorare l'efficienza e la sostenibilità ambientale del Sito.

- Assicurare il rilascio delle autorizzazioni ambientali o il relativo aggiornamento, interfacciandosi con gli enti preposti.

- Partecipare attivamente a comitati di categoria (nazionali e internazionali) per identificare proattivamente problemi ambientali emergenti, tendenze del settore e opportunità di innovazione.

- Sviluppare politiche e programmi conformi alla Legge sulla Protezione Ambientale per garantire un controllo e una gestione efficace dell'inquinamento, contribuendo a preservare l'ambiente per le generazioni future.

- Garantire la root cause analysis degli eventuali incidenti, valutando i rischi e sviluppando piani di mitigazione e correzione.

- Garantire che vengano attuate le migliori tecniche disponibili (BAT) per le emissioni atmosferiche, idriche e i sistemi di abbattimento del rumore.

- Condurre o supportare audit, ispezioni e revisioni delle operazioni industriali esistenti, dei processi e delle procedure, identificando deviazioni dalla conformità ambientale e suggerendo azioni correttive per raggiungere gli obiettivi ambientali.

- Garantire il costante raggiungimento delle milestones e degli obiettivi nel settore di competenza, monitorando e valutando regolarmente i progressi e apportando le modifiche necessarie per garantire il successo del progetto.

- Assicurare la conformità legale e la continuità aziendale, garantendo che tutte le attività siano condotte in conformità alle normative ambientali applicabili e che i processi siano progettati per garantire la continuità delle operazioni.

Profile

- Laurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria Ambientale o una disciplina correlata come Ingegneria Civile o Ingegneria Chimica.

- Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruolo analogo e in un contesto multinazionale

- Conoscenza approfondita delle Leggi e delle normative ambientali vigenti (incluse BAT).

- Capacità di analizzare e valutare i dati ambientali, utilizzando strumenti e tecniche di monitoraggio.

- Conoscenza delle tecnologie e delle metodologie per il trattamento delle acque, dei rifiuti e dell'inquinamento atmosferico.

- Competenze nel progettare e implementare soluzioni sostenibili per la gestione delle risorse naturali.

- Abilità nella gestione dei progetti ambientali inclusa la pianificazione, la valutazione dei rischi e il controllo dei costi.

- Capacità di comunicare in modo chiaro ed efficace con diverse parti interessate inclusi clienti, autorità ambientali e comunità locali.

- Familiarità con strumenti informatici e software di modellazione utilizzati per l'analisi ambientale e la progettazione sostenibile, compresa la conoscenza del pacchetto Office.

- Conoscenza avanzata della lingua inglese.
