Il Technical Training Specialist Services ha il compito di pianificare e organizzare le Attività di Formazione di Alstom Services.

La risorsa dovrà:

Recepire il fabbisogno formativo interno sulla base delle esigenze formative di Operations e Line Manager Pianificare i corsi di formazione in accordo alle tempistiche richieste Creare e aggiornare il registro delle attività di formazione, con l’elenco di tutte le persone formate e di tutti i formatori Inviare all'Agenzia Nazionale per la Sicurezza delle Ferrovie (ANSFISA) i programmi di formazione sulle attività di sicurezza, la nomina delle commissioni esaminatrici per la certificazione al requisito professionale Aggiornare l’Albo degli Istruttori ed Esaminatori riconosciuti dall'ANSF per le attività di sicurezza. Attenersi al sistema di Gestione delle Competenze in conformità alle disposizioni dell'Agenzia Nazionale per la Sicurezza delle Ferrovie (ANSFISA) Partecipare agli audit periodici relativi alla Gestione delle Competenze Pianificare e organizzazione i corsi per il personale di Alstom Services relativi a: Sistema Treno Formazione secondo decreto ANSF n° 4/2012 per gli Organi di Sicurezza Formazione per i processi speciali Formazione specifica relativa alle attività di manutenzione preventive e correttiva di I e II livello EHS Alstom Tools (Musa Database, Therefore, CANON e ALPS) Fabbisogno formativo emerso dal development plan

Requisiti:

Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office in particolare Excel Richiesta una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, almeno livello B2 Buona capacità di lavorare in team
