A riporto diretto del Chief Customer Officer, questa posizione offre l'opportunità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e collaborativo, con un focus sull'analisi dei dati e sull'interpretazione delle tendenze di mercato.
Responsabilità Principali:
- Analisi dei Dati: Utilizzare dati provenienti da fonti interne ed esterne per identificare modelli, tendenze e insight rilevanti per il business.
- Supporto alle Decisioni Strategiche: Fornire supporto ai team di brand, category e R&D per prendere decisioni informate basate sui dati.
- Sviluppo e monitoraggio di KPI: Collaborare con i team interni per definire e misurare i KPI chiave per valutare le performance aziendali.
- Reportistica e Presentazioni: Comunicare i risultati delle analisi in modo chiaro e persuasivo attraverso report scritti e presentazioni efficaci.
- Analisi della Concorrenza: Monitorare le attività della concorrenza e identificare opportunità e minacce per l'azienda in collaborazione con il resto del team Customer
Requisiti:
- Laurea in Economia, Statistica, Marketing o campo correlato.
- 3-5 anni di esperienza comprovata nell'analisi dei dati, preferibilmente nei settori QSR, ristorazione, GDO o retail.
- Conoscenza avanzata dei più comuni strumenti di analisi dati.
- Eccellenti capacità analitiche e problem-solving.
- Forti competenze comunicative e capacità di presentare dati in modo chiaro e persuasivo.
- Orientamento ai dettagli e capacità di gestire progetti complessi in modo autonomo.
- Flessibilità nel lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e multitasking.
- Capacità di lavorare efficacemente in team e collaborare con diverse funzioni aziendali.
- La passione per il mondo del food e della ristorazione è un plus.
Orario di lavoro: full time, 9-13 e 14:30-18:30, in sede (Castelvetro di Modena)
Tipologia di contratto: CCNL Turismo (14 mensilità) con RAL definita in sede di colloquio in base all'esperienza.
