Sia Partners ricerca un Senior Consultant/Manager Artificial Intelligence Solutions da inserire in progetti in Italia o all’estero di trasformazione digitale all'interno della Business Line globale di Artificial Intelligence e Data Science.
In Sia Partners il team di AI&DS non solo sviluppa e applica le proprie competenze in ambito Artificial Intelligence e Machine Learning, ma si occupa anche di comprendere fenomeni legati al Business dei nostri Clienti per indirizzarli verso progetti complessi di trasformazione digitali quali journey to cloud, sistemi di computazione avanzata e architetture complesse.
Il nostro obiettivo è quello di estrarre informazioni dalla complessità per permettere ai nostri Clienti di prendere decisioni strategiche.
La persona prescelta si occuperà di:
Fornire/condividere la propria leadership tecnica, agendo come punto di riferimento all’interno dei progetti e Clienti di riferimento Sviluppare e formare risorse junior nella capacità di comprendere le principali tecnologie a supporto dei progetti di trasformazione digitale Guidare i Clienti nella comprensione dei rischi/opportunità dei progetti di trasformazione, identificando gli strumenti più adatti per disegnare architetture target Utilizzare la propria esperienza tecnica in realtà cliente/consulenziali per contribuire alla generazione di insight di business utili per il decision-makingOltre alle progettualità, alla risorsa inserite sarà richiesto un contributo sulle attività di ricerca e di sviluppo interne, ideazione di nuove soluzioni, casi d'uso ed attività di business development.
Qualifications
I requisiti indispensabili per entrare a far parte del nostro team sono:
Laurea Specialistica in discipline STEM 2-6 anni (a seconda del ruolo per cui si applica) di esperienza maturata presso le maggiori società di consulenza o realtà cliente strutturate in ruoli e/o funzioni di data science e AI come architetto Conoscenza dei principali algoritmi ML e delle principali tecnologie per supportare processi di trasformazione Conoscenza ed esperienza nell’utilizzo di uno o più dei seguenti linguaggi: Python, R, Matlab, Java Conoscenza di database non strutturati (MongoDB, Neo4j, ..) Esperienza con strumenti di version control (es. Git) Conoscenza professionale della lingua inglese Esperienza nella gestione di progetti di trasformazione digitale (e.g. journey to cloud)Soft Skills:
Spiccate doti comunicative per presentare risultati sia ad un audience tecnico che non Spiccate doti interpersonali che consentano alla risorsa di lavorare in team e collaborare con i colleghi degli uffici internazionali Adattabilità e flessibilità Curiosità
