JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsabilità

Ricerca proattiva di nuove opportunità di business nel mercato, attraverso incontri presso potenziali clienti e il contatto telefonico Gestione del pacchetto clienti assegnato, lavorando da remoto e in presenza. Verifica delle lead segnalate dalle organizzazioni partner e dal team di marketing di Straumann Group in riferimento ad eventi. Fornire preventivi tramite la tecnologia appropriata ai potenziali clienti e concludere le vendite. Promuovere, tramite contatto telefonico, la partecipazione a eventi di formazione in base alle target list del reparto marketing. Utilizzo idoneo e coerente del nostro sistema CRM (forte focus sulla disciplina dei dati), preventivi e strumenti finanziari.
 

Capacità, abilità e requisiti

Laurea triennale preferibilmente in materie scientifiche Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Requisito preferenziale è l’esperienza nel settore medicale Esperienza commerciale, con superamento dei target assegnati, e comprovata capacità di elaborare preventivi e chiudere le vendite. Proattività, alta motivazione. Ottime capacità di ascolto e comunicative (verbale e scritta). Velocità nell'imparare e comprendere tutte le forme di tecnologia digitale. Ben organizzato, con ottime capacità amministrative e meticolosità dovuta ad una grande attenzione ai dettagli e gestione autonoma del proprio carico di lavoro. Capacità di comprendere gli strumenti di misurazione per tenere traccia dei progressi e dei risultati raggiunti. Capacità di comprendere il processo e la pipeline di vendita ed essere in grado di ricercare potenziali clienti, stabilire contatti, promuovere e offrire soluzioni per l’acquisizione di un nuovo cliente. Il ruolo prevede contatti telefonici e quindi è necessario un approccio resiliente alla comunicazione con un eccellente approccio telefonico. Dare il meglio di sé nella costruzione di relazioni interne ed esterne. Capacità di mantenere e riflettere la reputazione del brand, con un approccio etico alle vendite. Team player, propensione al miglioramento e ambizione. Comprovato approccio creativo alla risoluzione dei problemi e forti capacità analitiche.
