As part of our exciting growth journey, we are looking for an exceptional Junior Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: We are seeking an Intern Strategic Consultant for a position based in Milan, Italy, with a hybrid work formula (offices based in Assago) for 6 months curricular internship with possibility then to join permanently our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Learn how to manage end-to-end consulting project activities, including project scoping, planning, execution, and delivery. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Business Development: Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities within the retail fashion industry. Participate in client pitches, proposal development, and lead generation activities.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique business needs. Collaborate closely with clients to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with their goals.

Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of the retail fashion market, including market trends, consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and industry best practices. Translate findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients.

Profile Requirement:

Master's degree in Business Administration, Management Engeneering or related fields.

Positive approach and ability to work as a team.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.

Fluency in English and Italian is required. Additional languages are a plus.
