Main activities
Supplier/contractor scouting; Preparation of the project Vendor List; Drafting of the project Procurement Plan; RFQ preparation, sending and reminders; Qualification and periodic evaluation in collaboration with the relevant function; Management of non-compliance and possible penalties; Economic analysis of the order, optimization and close out report.
Requirements
Fundamentals/Must haves
Engineering degree; Current English; Experience in contract procurement management. Experience in the management of procurement in the metalworking/electronics/electroinstrumental sectors; Excellent knowledge of the Office package.
