Safilo is looking for an Ecommerce store Specialist to be included in the Digital Transformation & Customer Experience department. S/he will support the BTB Team in the maintenance and evolution of the ecommerce BTB store.

Moreover S/he will manage data using the best digital tools such as Salesforce Lightning and Google Analytics.

Key responsibilities:

S/he will be involved in the following tasks of the ecommerce BTB management process:

Manage the products catalogue Update the Home page, in supportive and proactive way Consistently analysis and check of customers purchase funnel Support the promotion campaigns set up, launch and analysis Work closely with the ecommerce and customer care Emea teams to be supported by the best practices for each countries Daily monitoring of planned activities Monitoring and check of reached results (redemption/ conversion)

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :

Strong digital approach Analytical and communication skills Good knowledge of written and spoken English; Ability to work in a structured company environment, flexibility, problem-solving attitude; Proactivity, curiosity and enthusiasm;
