AIT Mechanical Operations mechanical operations Engineer/Operator

L’Ingegnere di Integrazione Meccanica è responsabile dell’esecuzione di tutte le attività necessarie per l’assemblaggio e l’integrazione meccanica dell’hardware di volo di satelliti e payload a livello di sistema o sottosistema. Queste attività includono anche l’installazione di cavi e sensori termici/meccanici (accelerometri, estensimetri, termocoppie, riscaldatori).
L’ingegnere collabora con il team per garantire il corretto allestimento meccanico e supporta la fase di integrazione elettrica. Gestisce inoltre l’utilizzo e la manutenzione delle apparecchiature di supporto meccanico (MGSE) durante le operazioni.
Responsabilità principali:
  • Commenta la configurazione dell’hardware di volo, identificando eventuali vincoli di accessibilità e flusso di integrazione.
  • Collabora alla redazione di documentazione tecnica (Work Items, PVS, NCR).
  • Supporta la fase di progettazione in ingegneria concorrente per preparare procedure complesse di integrazione meccanica.
  • Scrive ed esegue autonomamente le procedure di integrazione meccanica e test a livello di sistema e sottosistema.
  • Conduce operazioni di test e processi tecnologici AIT (crimpatura, saldatura, incollaggio, cablaggio RF).
  • Utilizza strumenti MRP/SAP per la preparazione delle attività e MES per l’esecuzione e il reporting.
  • Supporta i dipartimenti di logistica e qualità per spedizioni, ispezioni e imballaggi.

Requisiti:
  • Laurea magistrale in ingegneria meccanica o titolo equivalente.
  • Conoscenza dell’architettura e dei requisiti meccanici dei sistemi satellitari.
  • Capacità di utilizzo di strumenti elettrici di laboratorio
  • Certificazioni ESA per crimpatura, saldatura e assemblaggio di cavi coassiali.
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto MS Windows, CATIA e SAP.
  • Disponibilità a lavorare su turni e festivi, e a trasferte all’estero per lunghi periodi.
