Summary:

The Senior NetSuite Administrator is responsible for optimizing NetSuite for business needs, implementing best practices, and ensuring the ongoing optimal use of NetSuite across the business. The ideal candidate will ensure that NetSuite functionality is enhanced to meet the evolving needs of the business and users are fully equipped with the training and knowledge to effectively work with the NetSuite environment and integrated 3rd party systems. The Senior NetSuite Administrator serves as a liaison between functional and technical resources to manage the development of new system functionality, upgrades, system modifications, and day-to-day issue analysis, tracking, and resolution. Key to success in this position is the ability to build partnerships within the business in order to understand their needs and drive continuous improvements.

Primary Responsibilities:

Support the configuration, development, and continued evolution of NetSuite, and related 3rd party business applications Participate throughout the software development lifecycle including, requirements gathering, solution architecture, testing and deployment Develop customized workflows, custom records, forms, fields and customer facing documents Assist in the maintenance and support of integrations between NetSuite and other systems/applications Provide support for new and existing customizations Deliver internal, ongoing system/technical support to NetSuite users Support all aspects of NetSuite functional and data integrity, and serve as primary contact for NetSuite support Monitor & administer account management, roles and access, profile creation, security administration, etc. Support end user requests for new saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards Configure application behavior controls Required to have a strong comfort level communicating throughout all levels of the organization Build productive internal/external working relationships Understand, support and execute all work according to the established procedures of the organization Implement and maintain department policies and standards Project based assignments as requested

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience Experience with NetSuite One World a plus

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation skills Development experience with NetSuite Workflows Experience documenting processes and following formal policies for change control and performance monitoring Have a deep understanding of NetSuite functionality Have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with shifting priorities and meet deadlines by setting achievable expectations and prioritizing workload Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action Strong knowledge of project management standards and practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently with minimal guidance, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional team, strong written communication and verbal skills, proven ability to multi-task, set project priorities, establish department/discipline goals and objectives for self, strong attention to detail, positive attitude, self-motivated and eager to succeed
