La posizione in oggetto si occuperà della gestione di progetti nell' area Finance allo scopo di soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti e dell'organizzazione nel modo più efficace ed efficiente possibile.
Il Project manager ha la responsabilità generale di pianificare, dirigere, coordinare attività relative alla tecnologia e alle soluzioni aziendali nelle aree in ambito Finance quali: Bilancio, Tesoreria, Contabilità Clienti e fornitori, Cespiti, Controllo di gestione, Contabilità industriale ecc.Di cosa ti occuperai?
Le principali attività riguardano la gestione, pianificazione, il coordinamento e la supervisione di tutte le attività relative alla progettazione, ingegnerizzazione, sviluppo, collaudo e consegna dei progetti nel perimetro Finance.
Identificare le opportunità di reingegnerizzazione dei processi amministrativo-contabili e di pianificazione e controllo economico-finanziario per migliorare e/o ridurre i costi.
Garantire puntuali stati di avanzamento rispetto al piano, definendo e implementando le eventuali azioni correttive richieste
Identificare e raccomandare azioni per risolvere rischi e problemi, sfruttando le risorse e le parti interessate in modo efficace per gestire le escalation
Essere efficaci nel dare priorità ai risultati finali del progetto in base all'erogazione dei benefici e all' impatto sull' organizzazione
Sviluppare e mantenere relazioni efficaci con i team tecnologici per gestire le dipendenze e garantire che i progetti rispettino tempi, costi e misure di qualità
Monitorare il rispetto del budget attribuito ai progetti
Monitorare i rapporti contrattuali con fornitori, partner o associazioni in differenti aree al fine di garantire l’ottimizzazione dei servizi offerti
