Seasonal Job - From March to October

Job Mission: To be the guardian of the wellness experience at the hotel by succeeding in providing unique experiences in the Spa, via the different treatments available in a unique setting.

What will I have to do?

1.To arrive punctually for duty, ensuring your personal appearance and uniform comply with the procedures of the company.

2. To consistently provide and maintain the highest standard of guest care and services. 3. To adhere all the times about Melia Standards, regulation and policies.

4. Ensure that all spa areas, including treatment rooms, salon, reception and offices, follow the high standards of Melia brand and match the stablished set ups .

5. To be knowledgeable of all hotel information, including outlets, history of the property, storytelling of the concept of the hotel, etc.

6. To make sure all spa areas are correctly set and clean

7. Always update the spa checklists and end of the day report.

8. To record, monitor and follow up on all necessary maintenance or cleanliness request for the spa areas.

9. To carry out any other reasonable tasks requested by your superiors.

10. To report any damage of furniture’s, fittings and equipment’s to your Management.

11. Takes responsibility of the spa area in the absence of the SPA Manager

12. To continuously look for ways to improve the guest experience in the spa

13. Perform opening and closing procedures.

14. Schedule guest appointments.

15. Helps promoting the massage to the SPA members and the hotel guests.

16. Provides individualized bodywork treatments that meet the guests needs and

expectations.

17. Maintain knowledge of hours of operation, memberships, reservations, fees, treatments, products and merchandise as well as pertinent hotel information.

18. Try to resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction and inform the

What are we looking for?

Knowledge of the systems PM’S - Opera Cloud Basic will be valued Computer knowledge Massage, facials, waxing, manicure and pedicure, other treatments Etiquette and Protocol Basic Knowledge of international culture and traditions. Good knowledge of English
