La risorsa selezionata avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

  • Seguire i processi di recruitment end-to-end per l'implementazione della rete commerciale, dalle campagne marketing fino alla fase successiva all'inserimento;
  • Implementare i processi di Recruitment;
  • Supportare attivamente le fasi di colloquio;
  • Seguire l'agenda settimanale di organizzazione del lavoro stabilita dal Direttore Commerciale;
  • Partecipare alle fasi di assunzione candidati, fiere, eventi, forums ed open days (employer branding);
  • Eseguire e presentare report con frequenza giornaliera, settimanale e mensile;
  • Gestire le routines amministrative legate alle assunzioni ed alla fase di onboarding;
  • Collaborare con il team vendite, implementando processi strutturati e mantenendo una comunicazione diretta e chiara, fornendo feedback quando necessario.

Il/La candidat* ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti:

  • Esperienza diretta nel ramo recruiting, con preferenza in ambito Sales;
  • Spiccate capacità organizzative;
  • Competenze relazionali efficaci tali da potersi relazionare con le diversi componenti aziendali conseguendo l'obiettivo in un'ottica di coinvolgimento e partecipazione reciproca;
  • Accuratezza e precisione;
  • Competenze nell'uso dei gestionali e del pacchetto Office.
