Role Description

As an Italian Speaking Content Moderator, your daily duties will include:

  • Reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it complies with community guidelines.
  • Responding to user inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while performing moderation tasks.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure a safe and positive user experience.
  • Providing feedback and recommendations to improve content moderation processes.

Requirements
  • Valid European Union passport or valid EU ID.
  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken).
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
