Based in Milan and reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the Multi-PropertyMarketing Executive supports the execution of marketing and communication activities across a multi-property environment, including Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan, and The Rome EDITION. With a primary focus on graphic design, content creation, brand consistency, and marketing collateral development for Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan in the early stages, the role contributes to the visual storytelling of both properties across digital and offline channels, ensuring all materials reflect brand standards and support commercial objectives.

What You’ll Do
Graphic Design & Brand Execution
- Create and adapt visual assets for digital and print marketing campaigns.
- Design hotel marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, menus, in-room materials, event signage, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Develop creative assets for social media, website banners, email marketing campaigns, and digital advertising.
- Ensure all creative materials comply with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Implement concepts and layouts for seasonal campaigns, hotel promotions, F&B initiatives, and special events.
- Coordinate artwork production and manage file preparation for print and digital distribution.
- Maintain and organize the hotels' visual asset libraries, ensuring content is updated and easily accessible.
- Coordinate the delivery of marketing collateral and creative assets for both properties, adapting content to the positioning and business objectives of each hotel.
- Collaborate with external agencies for the implementation of social media strategy and community management.
- Support the execution of the social media content calendar through the development of engaging graphics, short-form content, and creative assets.
- Assist in content creation for hotel storytelling, guest experiences, culinary activations, and lifestyle initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather content requirements and transform them into compelling visual communications.
- Develop the LinkedIn social media platform in collaboration with the HR department.
- Ensure the application of brand guidelines in the social media channels.
- Support hotel marketing campaigns across all departments under the guidance of the Head of Marketing.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of marketing messages across all communication channels.
- Support the creation of presentations, sales/marketing support materials, and promotional documents.
- Assist in updating hotel websites, landing pages, and digital platforms, ensuring content accuracy and brand consistency.
- Support the planning and coordination of photo and video shoots.
- Work with photographers, videographers, agencies, and suppliers to ensure creative briefs are executed effectively.
