The Affluent Program Analyst supports the Affluent Program team within the Investments & Wealth area, contributing to business analysis, performance monitoring, and the eecution of initiatives targeting the affluent client segment. The role has a strong analytical and operational focus, with growing eposure to cross‑functional projects and senior stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
Business & Financial Analysis

- Support the development of business cases and economic analyses related to the affluent segment, including data collection, modeling, and preparation of analytical outputs.

Financial Advisors Performance Monitoring

- Analyze key performance indicators of the Financial Advisors network, prepare periodic reports and dashboards, and identify trends and performance insights.

Incentive Schemes Support

- Assist in the analysis and monitoring of incentive schemes, supporting effectiveness assessments and basic financial simulations.

Project Support

- Support the eecution of cross‑functional projects within the Investments & Wealth area, contributing to task coordination, progress tracking, and reporting.

Senior Financial Advisors Onboarding (Support)

- Assist in onboarding activities for Senior Financial Advisors, ensuring operational readiness and alignment with the affluent strategy.

Stakeholder Materials

- Prepare presentations and documentation for internal stakeholders and management meetings.

**Skills & Competencies**

- 2–4 years of eperience in banking, wealth management, consulting, business analysis, or related fields
- Strong analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Ecel
- Solid PowerPoint skills, with the ability to structure clear and effective presentations
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail
- Fluent in English
