We seek a
**Legal Business Counsel**
who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.


**You will get the chance to:**

- Negotiate and close good MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, Supplier Agreements, Marketing, product licenses, and SaaS deals;
- As Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for leading deep relationship-focused negotiations with the largest companies in the world;
- Excellent writing skills both in Italian and English. Spanish language would be a plus;
- Be a legal generalist and tech law expert, including, among others, deep knowledge in civil and commercial laws, IP, privacy law, financial regulations, and data protection regulations;
- Analyze marketing, human resources, financial, and commercial projects and initiatives to provide practical legal advice across multiple jurisdictions;
- Advice on complex legal issues, including data leaks, security of information, and personal data breaches, and international data transfers;
- Support compliance, corporate, and business teams on data protection laws and governance requirements;
- Participate in M&A operations through integrations of acquired companies;
- Manage and coordinate external law firms.
- Coordinate and manage potential judicial and non-judicial disputes.
- Continuous update towards developments in new laws, regulations, important judgements and regulatory guidance.
- Elaboration and knowledge of RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and public tenders.

**What will help you succeed:**

- Fluency in English and Italian, oral and written. Spanish would be a plus;
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department;
- Negotiation of national and international contracts;
- Negotiation Skills.
- Experience in the labor law field.
- Experience negotiating tech-related deals.
- Experience in the technology space.
- Highly collaborative person.
- Discrete and low-profile behaviour.
- Ambition to grow while helping the business grow.
