**Job Description**
Manitowoc, international leader in providing premium lifting solutions with the brands Potain and Grove is looking for a Health & Safety Manager to support our italian aftermarket team, the position is based in Lainate.


**Main Responsinilities in this Role**

- Implement, coordinate, manage and be responsible of all the activities related to:

- employees health and safety
- workplace conditions
- develop plant safety & environment culture
- safety & enviroment training
- Develop plans for the effective implementation of Company Environment and Safety Management System.
- Drive EHS reporting
- Record and investigate all Enviromental or Personal Injury Incidents, Near Miss, Recordable
- Develop Plant safety plan to ensure continual improvement cuture is in place.
- Ensure compliance to the ISO 14001, 45001 standard
- Ensure compliance with italian regulation in term of Enviroment, Health & Safety

**To be Successful in this Role**

- Previous EH&S experience in complex enviroments
- Basic knowlege of mechanical and electronical field
- Goog organizational and communication skills
- Ability to solve unexpected and complex problems on fields
- Analysis capabilities
- Team working
- Good in English
- Knowledge of EH&S regulation in compliance with DLgs 81/2008 e smi
- Knowledge of UNI ISO 14001, 45001 regulation about workplace health and safety and enviroment
