We are looking for Logistics Assistant to support our Logistics function, working closely with colleagues in Italy and Greece.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**

- Manage and monitor import/export shipments, with a particular focus on maritime routes.
- Coordinate with port logistics providers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport companies.
- Handle customs documentation and prepare import/export procedures.
- Verify the correct execution of customs operations and related documentation flows.
- Monitor lead times and resolve any operational issues or discrepancies.
- Archive documentation and prepare logistics and customs reports.
- Support initiatives aimed at optimizing logistics and customs processes.

**The ideal candidate**

- Previous experience in logistics roles, preferably in import/export and customs-related environments.
- Knowledge of customs documentation and procedures.
- Experience in organizing and managing maritime shipments.
- Basic knowledge of international supply chain processes.
- Strong proficiency in IT tools (Excel, logistics/customs management systems).
- Customs broker license or eligibility to obtain it will be considered an advantage.
- Accuracy, reliability, and good interpersonal skills.
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Very good command of English for communication with international partners.
