The International Online Store, TESSABIT.com, has been operating since 2009 and is now undergoing a total redevelopment.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled team of people, in love with Fashion and with proved online experience, who will work with us to build an exceptional Customer Experience!


-Review and process inbound Sales Orders, confirm accuracy of pricing, products and approvals and obtain approvals or missing information if necessary

-Check of stock availability and logistics supervision

-Reply to customer requests for information related to the brands and products, pricing, billing and shipment through the different communication methods (Email, phone, chat)

-Support the E-commerce Manager with analysis and reports

-Increase customer fidelity and retention

-Manage the refund workflow via our Payment Gateway

-Help the Customer Care Manager in develop Customer and Behavioral Analysis (Purchase Process and Patterns)

-Give feedback to the E-commerce Manager in order to improve the Customer Experience.


The ideal candidate will support the Customer Care Manager with the purpose to provide an accurate customer service in terms of Order Management, Shipments and Communication with international customers.


- Bachelor’s Degree (ideally Foreign Languages) or equivalent experience
- Fluent Knowledge of English (written and spoken): the candidate will need to speak with customers
- Knowledge of any other European languages will be considered as a plus
- Good computer skills in MS Office and/or CRM software (e.g. Zendesk)
- Able to communicate and co-operate within and across departments
- Sales Customer oriented, a flexible communicator capable to work under pressure
- Proactive and results oriented.
