Il Field Service Engineer è responsabile delle attività di riparazione e manutenzione preventiva dei prodotti Stryker, garantendone la conformità al sistema di qualità e alle specifiche del produttore. Fornisce assistenza tecnica e documentazione ai clienti interni ed esterni.

Area geografica di interesse: Veneto, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Trentino Alto Adige

Responsabilità principali

Responsabilità di servizio

  • Riparazione e controllo di prodotti elettronici/meccanici Stryker (barelle e letti ospedalieri, barelle per ambulanze, defibrillatori).

  • Eseguire il controllo annuale e la calibrazione in base alla MDR presso la sede del cliente

  • Utilizzare software e strumenti tecnologici per documentare e archiviare correttamente i rapporti tecnici delle attività eseguite e accedere alle informazioni tecniche.

  • Assistere il reparto Qualità/il cliente in caso di eventuali azioni di richiamo dei prodotti, avvisi di sicurezza sul campo e avvisi di azione sul campo.

  • Adempiere ai contratti di assistenza con manutenzioni programmate

  • Fornire formazione tecnica a personale interno ed esterno

  • Eseguire l'installazione dei sistemi Stryker presso la sede del cliente.

  • Esecuzione di aggiornamenti software e hardware

Reporting

  • Documentazione efficiente e completa delle attività di assistenza per utilizzo interno ed esterno

  • Garantire la tracciabilità di tutti i prodotti Stryker sul campo attraverso gli strumenti di reporting.

Vendite / Assistenza in ufficio

  • Assicurare la fatturazione del servizio fornito e contribuire al raggiungimento degli obbiettivi commerciali

  • Fornire assistenza tecnica ai clienti interni (team di vendita) ed esterni.

  • Riportare opportunità e problemi durante le riunioni del team

  • Garantire un eccellente follow-up su tutti i problemi riportati dai clienti.

  • Programmare le visite ai clienti in collaborazione con il team vendite o il servizio clienti.

Formazione

Laurea in ingegneria elettronica/meccanica/bio-medica, percorso di studi equivalente su tecnologia dei dispositivi medici, o almeno su una delle seguenti:

  • Elettrica / Elettronica / Telecomunicazioni / Meccanica / Software

  • Materie tecnologiche

Fluidità nella lingua parlata e scritta (tecnica e medica):

  • Italiano: Fluente

  • Inglese: Livello intermedio

Conoscenze informatiche adeguate (Microsoft Office, Outlook). La conoscenza di Oracle, SAP o SalesForce è un plus.

Qualifiche ed esperienza

Esperienza

  • Esperienza minima di 1-3 anni nelle attività di riparazione di dispositivi medici o nell'ambiente ospedaliero e nel settore sanitario, unita a buone competenze meccaniche.

  • Esperienza informatica a livello amministrativo e tecnico.

  • Capacità di costruire relazioni con i clienti interni ed esterni per promuovere la fedeltà al marchio.

  • Orientamento al servizio, persistenza e mentalità positiva.

  • Essere resistenti allo stress e sicuri del vostro lavoro.

Condizioni di lavoro

  • Il lavoro si svolgerà in una gamma variegata di scenari, tra cui l'officina, gli ospedali e le varie sedi dei clienti

  • Gli ingegneri dell'assistenza sul campo dovranno confrontarsi con i principali clienti e stakeholder, tra cui il personale degli ospedali, il personale e i dirigenti delle ingegnerie cliniche, il personale della manutenzione, il personale addetto all'approvvigionamento e agli acquisti.

  • Gli spostamenti saranno regolari all'interno della regione definita, le spese di trasferta saranno coperte secondo i livelli standard previsti dalla politica di viaggio di Stryker.

  • Partecipare a riunioni regolari e a incontri di gruppo.

  • Partecipare alle riunioni del team, tenere presentazioni per incoraggiare lo sviluppo del team.

Si tratta di una posizione basata sul campo, con l'80% delle trasferte. Il resto del tempo sarà Home based/smart working
