We are looking for an IndustrialAutomation field engineer to be hired with a permanent contract inour division Customer Service.He / She will be act as a guide in industrialautomation development, commissioning & maintaining at customers sitein South of Italy.

Your Challenge

Your mission will be to complete technical-oriented service tasks of various scopes and supports in planning and handlingthese tasks.

Your main activities:

·Complete broad scope oftechnical tasks including installation/commissioning, maintenance andevaluation of customers equipment and systems among others.

·Determine priorities of tasksand actions and schedules measures accordingly.

·Support customer remotely andonsite and provide 2nd and 3rd level user support in case of arising issues.

·Contribute to or conducts themaintenance and improvement of internal tools, equipment, processes, and datarepositories.

·Enforce to relevant processesand regulations.

·May handle sub-contractors andmonitors delivery.

·May be involved in technicaldesign and developments for service offerings.

To be a perfect fit for this role, youhave:

·Knowledge and work experiencewith drive techniques, electric motors, motion control, PLC, HMI & SCADA;

·Knowledge of Microsoft Windowsoperating systems (use, configuration, diagnostic tools).

·Knowledge of Win CC and WinCCOA SCADA systems,

·Good familiarity withstructured programming,

·Bachelor/master’s degree inelectrical/automation/electronic or equivalent experience

·Passion to never-stop growing

·Respect and appreciation ofeach person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge

·Proficiency in English andItalian

·Eligibility to work in Italy

·Available for travels

·Knowledge of high levelprogramming languages (preferably C++ and Java) not to be used in a daily workbut will be a plus;
