Our Retail Manager Fendt stands as a beacon of excellence in the realm of farm machinery for the central area, from Emilia Romagna to Abruzzo.

He/She will be responsible for a target oriented sales funnel management on dealer / importer level and will represent the brand FENDT towards the retail customer in day-to-day business.

With a finger on the pulse of the industry, our manager not only anticipates the needs of our customers but also pioneers solutions that redefine farming efficiency.

 

Your Impact

  • To be a coach and sparring partner for the sales men at the distribution partner: responsible for training of dealer sales teams on Fendt sales methodologies and processes, as well as support and control of compliance (P20, Coverage & Conversion, Lost Sales Reports); providing technical product know-how to enable dealer personnel beyond initial training courses; supporting the introduction and application of Future Sales Force, digital sales processes (Lead to Order) and the assisting system landscape
  • To ensure the satisfaction of every FENDT customer NPS (Net Promoter Score): preparation and execution of product consultations and demonstrations; supporting salespeople in closing challenging deals; local implementation and monitoring of centrally prepared activities such as launch campaigns, field days, exhibitions, trade fairs, etc. in cooperation with the distributor; reacts quickly and comprehensively to negative results in customer satisfaction surveys
  • To apply current sales reporting systems to collect and prepare data for each assigned product group or region: execution of sales funnel reporting including lost sales reporting.

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Agricultural Sciences or Economics. Alternatively, sufficient relevant experience as Area Manager or similar role.
  • Independent and autonomous organization of the workload
  • Italian & English language
