Medical Writer

We are looking for a **Medical Writer** with, at least, 2 years of experience in the Scientific/Medical department of Health Communication Agencies to join our team **A role as a Scientific Copywriter or Medical Writer in international agencies is a plus.**
The Medical Writer reporting to Associate Scientific Director and closely interacting with all team members and the Global Head of Science, will contribute to develop and deliver medically relevant communications and contents for both branded promotional and unbranded educational communications. The role will participate to both to global/international and local activities.
**Activities & Main Responsibilities**

Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Perform medical literature search and analysis; search on medical databases (e.g. PubMed, Clinicaltrials.gov)
- Develop or revise educational and promotional content, in line with the regulatory requirements in the healthcare and pharma communication space, for:
- Different target audiences, such as: consumers/patients and healthcare professionals
- Different formats, e.g. texts, graphs, video, social media content
- Different channels, both physical and digital
- Contribute to Quality Assurance activities on deliverables, focusing on scientific aspects (e.g. fact checking, reference checking, text and layout checking for scientific content)
- Perform activities related to MRL submission of deliverables both in local and global environments
- Support competitive analysis related to disease areas and products
- Support the Science team and other disciplines of the agency with scientific insights and fact checking
- Participate in both internal and client meetings
- Interact with functions of the various departments of the agency, as Client Engagement, Strategy, Experience and others
**Qualifications & Education**
- Master degree or PhD in Life Sciences or Medicine
- Bilingual or excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Italian
- Able to rapidly acquire new knowledge in multiple therapeutic areas
- Able to analyse and elaborate scientific information and data
- Attention to details, precision, reliability
- Organizational skills, time management, able to work under time constraints
- Good interpersonal ad listening skills, predisposition to teamwork
