We are seeking to appoint a Senior Manager, Learning & Talent Development to lead the execution of learning & Talent development strategies for MCC's EMEA & APAC region.

The Role

In this prominent and value-adding role, you will:

- Design and lead training programs for hourly production teammates, to include skill assessment, identification of training needs, development of training resources, and increasing teammate engagement in learning.
- Establish and manage consistent internal career paths according to local context for shopfloor and professional staff according to organisation needs.
- Conduct comprehensive organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address the needs.
- Design and/or facilitate workshops, training programs, and team-building activities that promote employee development and collaboration.
- Collaborate with TLOD, HR and senior leadership to develop and implement talent management and succession planning strategies.
- Lead change management initiatives, including communication plans, to ensure smooth implementation of organizational changes.

The Person

To succeed in this role you will have:

- Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively at all company levels and demonstrate strong emotional intelligence.
- Good conceptual and critical analytical capabilities to evaluate training alternatives.
- Technical training experience.
- 5-7 years or more of experience working in a training or HR function delivering enterprise-wide solutions in a complex, global organization.
- Experience in global HR programs and practices.
- Fluency in two or more languages (strongly preferred).

Additional Information
