About the role:

 

Ricoprirai un ruolo centrale all’interno delle Operations di una Maison storica, simbolo di artigianalità italiana nella pelletteria e punto di riferimento per altre Maison di Richemont per interessanti progetti cross-category. All’interno del team Supply Chain, basato a Scandicci (FI), seguirai in prima persona la pianificazione e l’avanzamento produzione di accessori di pelletteria (LLG/MLG/SLG), interfacciandoti quotidianamente con i produttori esterni e con il laboratorio interno della Maison e lavorando a stretto contatto con i team Quality, Product Development, Industrialization, Warehouse & Logistics.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

Sarai responsabile di:

PLANNING AND PRODUCTION FOLLOW-UP ACTIVITIES

  • Monitorare il piano di produzione e le consegne di prodotto finito interagendo quotidianamente con i laboratori esterni e con la produzione interna per i pannelli semilavorati
  • Definire e prioritizzare l'allocazione dei prodotti presso i laboratori esterni in base alle esigenze commerciali della Maison
  • Gestire gli ordini per sample e conto lavoro in SAP
  • Collaborare costantemente con i buyer per garantire la fattibilità del piano di produzione monitorando gli stock di materie prime
  • Elaborazione reportistica sui consumi di materiale analizzandone gli scostamenti rispetto alla distinta base
  • Manutenere master data dei vari articoli e inserire parametri di produzione (batch, prezzi ecc.).

 

FOLLOW-UP QUALITY & AFTER SALES

  • Collaborare con il Team Quality per la gestione delle ispezioni del prodotto finito presso laboratori esterni e centri logistici
  • Monitorare il tasso di scarto dei prodotti finiti (e semilavorati) tenendo in considerazione il loro impatto sul production plan
  • Disporre le operazioni necessarie per l’allocazione presso outlet/distruzione del prodotto finito di seconda scelta e/o componenti
  • Collaborare con i team logistici per la gestione del flusso di resi e riparazioni.

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • 5+ anni di esperienza in pianificazione e/o avanzamento produzione all’interno del settore industriale Fashion & Luxury (LeatherGoods/ Shoes/ Accessories)
  • Proattività e capacità di agire come abile interlocutore con doti di negoziazione e pensiero critico sia internamente che esternamente
  • L’esperienza maturata in una realtà multi-brand o presso produttore di prodotto finito pelletteria costituirà un plus
  • Capacità d’utilizzo di sistemi ERP per la gestione ordini e dati tecnici (la conoscenza di SAP costituirà un plus)
  • Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale/Economia o materie affini
  • Padronanza nell’utilizzo di Excel e strumenti di data analysis
  • Discreta conoscenza della Lingua Inglese
