What will I be doing?
As Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to be heavily involved in all aspects of
Hilton Milan presence both online, media and sales.
The intern will complete this internship with:An understanding of content marketing and public relations practices; An understanding of email marketing; An understanding of how, where and why content and public relations fit into a brand's marketing strategy; An understanding of how to use online platforms to collaborate with relevant individuals. An understanding of how to creatively create content.
Main role responsibilities:Provide competitive research and analysis support; Assist with implementation of multichannel marketing and ecommerce campaigns; Help with collection and synthesis of quantitative and qualitative data from client marketing campaigns; Assist with advertising and marketing promotional activities including social media, mobile, mail, e-mail, web, and print; Assist with the content maintenance of the brand website and OTAs; Work with various databases; Assist with the production of ad hoc reports and presentations; Work closely across all hotel departments, seeking proactive opportunities; Support the development of promotional activities, marketing channels and the production of marketing materials for specific events; Draft client communications, content for blogs, website, and social media.
RequirementsWhat are we looking for?
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values
that follow: Previous experience in a customer-focused industry; Positive attitude and good communication skills; Excellent grooming standards; Ability to work on your own and as part of a team; Competent level of IT proficiency and Social Media; Good knowledge of English; Good knowledge of Italian.
